Nicky aims to greet all her self-catering guests personally with tea and biscuits in the snug, though she also makes sure you can access your apartment if she’s not here. She’ll also give you a little ‘tour’ of your apartment so you know where everything is. A ‘welcome basket’ of breakfast foods awaits you and every evening at 6.30pm she serves a cocktail of the day in the snug to B&B and self-catering guests, which is usually a convivial affair and a great way to start the evening.
